How to get going
Three steps
- Book a free trial using the form, or just turn up to any scheduled class.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for your first class to fill out a short waiver.
- Wear comfortable clothes and train in bare feet. No experience needed.
No need to call ahead, and parents are welcome to watch.
